Compact Substation
In contrast to conventional, exposed transformer configurations, a Compact Substation (CSS) presents a significantly safer and more
efficient alternative. Integrating Medium Voltage (MV) protection, transformers, and Low Voltage (LV) protection within a sheet
metal encased canopy secured under lock and key, the CSS offers a streamlined solution. Factory-fitted and rigorously tested, this
product drastically reduces on-site installation efforts. Moreover, its aesthetically pleasing design enhances the visual appeal
compared to open transformer arrangements.
Solar business unit
Our Solar Business Unit (BU) offers two distinct solutions:
• Industrial and residential rooftop Photovoltaic (PV) solar systems with net metering, enabling surplus energy to be supplied to the
grid.
• Concentrated Solar Thermal (CST) technology: a sun-tracking dish boasting 85% efficiency, a significant increase compared to the
typical 15% efficiency of standard solar solutions. This patented technology, originating from Spain, has been introduced to India by
Pai Kane and is well-suited for industrial water heating and steam applications.
• Smart Evaporator: With operating costs three times lower, this innovative solution facilitates zero liquid discharge, providing an
environmentally friendly alternative for industrial processes.
